The Paul Bunyan Award winner is selected by Butchershop executive team, and is given to an individual who stands for hard work, persistence, helpfulness, citizenship, and optimism. The Blue Ox Award winner is selected by peers, and goes to someone whose merits, contributions, and demeanor shine in all moments.

Nina is the definition of helpful. She is a full service support system for her colleagues and she does it with pride.

Constantly striving to better our process and organization, her work ethic is unparalleled.  In a little over 2 years here, Nina has made a lasting impression and impact on our team embodying a key value of ours: that employee success is the company’s success. She keeps this at the forefront of her vision, constantly putting this into practice, helping us grow. She is a joy to be around — a true champion of her team and a rock for our clients.

Since then, Chandler has been lending a helping hand wherever he possibly can — he goes the extra mile, helps others, eagerly takes on new challenges brining infectious can-do attitude to the team.  He outperforms expectations to deliver great work and ideas on a multitude of projects. His perseverance through challenging situations and passion for collaboration, creativity and problem solving represent some of the best of Butchershop’s values. Over the last year, his growth within our team deserves to be recognized and applauded.

He’s a true blue creative companion to have on any project.
