The Mason Brand Book is 160 pages compiled to give the new real estate project an identity.
Our process began with research, positioning, and finally concept.
We collected all the necessary information from the market, the consumer, and the competitors.
From that, we were able to name the building Mason and create the brand story to support the development, design, and architectural teams.
The book contains a unique table of contents:
style, tone + voice, design, logo, identity, style guides neighborhood research, lifestyle photos
and context, personas, art, photography, interior styles, textures, retail concepts, marketing ideas, promotional materials
and even a guide to social media for the property.
