La Creme Costa Rica marked the public launch of the new Butchershop® Global brand to the world and an internal celebration of the culmination of many months of work to bring the brand to life. The gathering’s theme was “Unit Glory,” underscoring the importance of strengthening relationships within units as a cornerstone of our hybrid-remote work life. Programming included everything from product development sessions for the Beat Failure™ App, to the inaugural meeting of Butchershop’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging committee, to an IRL version of the quarterly Brand Team Salon. Days were padded with plenty of Free Swim time, giving folks a chance to relax and meet new team members, a handful of which had joined the Crew only days or weeks before.
Global CEO Trevor Hubbard welcomed the Crew with a few words from Walt Whitman (popularized by Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society, of course)
