Haufe, a longstanding leader in HR and business solutions in the European DACH market, has been reinventing itself for 75 years. The latest reinvention for the German-based company has been to create more global offerings and solutions – aimed at CEOs of large enterprise organizations faced with the complexities of making large-scale transformations in their company.

Fearless leaders at Haufe such as Kelly Max, Jo Rotzinger, Marcus Stoffel, Basti Koch, Andreas Meya, and Jens Bender have consistently tapped Butchershop to give shape to ideas and create innovative solutions. Together we’ve developed tools and products to empower enterprise CEOs and leaders to align their business strategy with their people strategy. We like to say there is a billion-dollar idea in your company, you just can’t see it. Connecting talent, enterprise agility, digital transformation—all are people issues and indeed CEO issues. It’s time HR had a seat at the business table.

Through collaborations in Switzerland, Germany, Spain, the U.S., and the Netherlands, the Haufe and Butchershop teams have been working to push the limits and stay ahead of the innovation curve. We’ve gone on a journey the last 5 years, working with several teams in the organizations and subsidiaries, helping invent new software, new methodologies, new platforms, new stories, workshops, events, technologies, and content for some of the biggest companies in the world. Some of the highlights include: a highly dynamic global Haufe brand and design language called “lightspeed” to fit a complex organization structure; reimagined, next-generation career platforms and evolved employee brands for Nike and Converse; countless workshops to create c-level tactics, communication and marketing innovations like Haufe’s VIC campaign; a new product platform and ecosystem called PeopleOS; and seven global Co-Creation summits (designed by us) with Nike, Daimler, Swisscom, and Haufe Gruppe.

Currently, we are developing stealth projects to bring more value to high-performing companies that understand that employees are their best asset and greatest source of innovation. People run companies. Their future success depends on them.
