As a legacy company competing with newer consumer brands, they faced an inflection point to transform their employer brand culture into a beacon for top global talent. They needed to create an employer experience as momentous and relevant as their products, with a massive, global campaign to kick it all off.

We started with the belief that finding a job should be as engaging as finding a pair of sneakers you love. We built the campaign like a product, creating a proprietary digital consumerized job search and employer brand site that tailored individual interests with open positions, called “Find My Fit”, and replicated the experience across their subsidiaries Converse and Hurley. With their new employer brand, Nike was making a statement that the reason they’re always creating the next desirable product is because it’s one of the coolest places you’d ever want to work.
